Replacement cost coverage can be granted on newer structures - refer to your underwriter. Whether it is a vacant dwelling, vacant commercial building (office, mercantile, or light industrial space), Premier can assist. Buildings under extensive renovation during vacancy should be referred to the Premier Construction Dept.
